Grace Chan McKibben is currently Executive Director of Literature for All of Us. She has held senior level positions in government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors, at Illinois Department of Employment Security, LaSalle Bank, Chinese American Service League, and other organizations.

She is also the founder of two consultancy firms, and co-founder of the Chinatown Pro-Bono Legal Clinic, housed at Chinese American Service League. In addition to her professional work, Grace maintains an active freelance practice in translation and language research. She is also active with many community and civic organizations, having served on over 15 board and commissions.

She is a current board member of the Illinois ACLU and National ACLU, Independent Voters of Illinois-Independent Precinct Organization, OMNIA Institute of Contextual Leadership, Le Cantanti Chicago, and Leadership Fellows Association of Leadership Greater Chicago. Grace and her husband Thomas (Tom) McKibben, Ph.D., have been married for 26 years and have four teenage and young adult children.
